Shop Policies


Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Discover are accepted.


Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

Most orders ship within 24 hours (S-F) and 48 hours (Saturday).

All packages are shipped via USPS First Class mail and usually arrive within 3-7 business days from the date they are received by the post office.

All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage or incorrect product shipped. Please contact me within 14 days of purchase to report damaged or missing product and I will be glad to send a replacement. In the event a replacement must be sent, you will not be charged shipping costs. 

If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will do whatever we can to exceed your expectations!
